🔥My top 4 secrets to increase motivation to workout while living a busy life⤵️ [👯‍♀️tag a friend who would find this helpful!] 1️⃣ PLAN: set aside 1 hour each week & map out your entire weekly schedule. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After you put down your MUST-DO tasks (ie. Work, college classes, etc) put down your workouts next. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This will ensure you’re prioritizing your training sessions cause truthfully, Susan, waiting until you “have” time to workout isn’t realistic!! 🤷🏽‍♀️ We all get busy and must prioritize our time to make it happen✊🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ DOWNLOAD “alarmy” (Shoutout to @brianthefitpro for showing me) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re a BIG snoozer like me and have trouble getting out of bed to train in the AM, You can set the alarm where you’re required to get out of bed, turn on a light, and scan an item of choice in order to turn off the alarm😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ PREPARE Set your gym clothes aside for the gym at night so you don’t have to think about what to wear in the am / OR bring the clothes to change into after work. This will avoid “decision fatigue” and will greatly increase your likelihood to workout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼If you’re in college, go to class in your workout clothes!!!
