Halibut is a delicious white fish, but it all depends on how it is cooked. Here is a great recipe you have to try next time you’re making dinner.

Heat olive oil and 2 Tbsp butter in a sauce pan over medium heat
Salt halibut and cook in pan for 2.5 min or until golden brown
Add pepper then flip halibut over
Put lemon slices in pan and cook for another 2.5 min
Save lemon slices for garnish and remove halibut from pan
Empty used butter into a small bowl, letting the brown bits settle to the bottom
Pour butter back into pan, excluding the any burned bits
Add garlic and fry to about 30 seconds
Pour in white wine into pan to deglaze
Mix in lemon juice, capers, and parsley
Add remaining butter and heat until melted
Put halibut back in pan and baste with sauce
Add garnish with lemon slices and enjoy

3 slices of lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of white wine
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
