When cooking after a long day of fishing it’s important that the prep be simple and the meal be delicious. Jacki Shea will show you how she cooks lobster tails in an easy and healthy way.
How simple did she make that look? She made it look so easy because it is easy. Below are step by step instructions in case you missed anything.
The ingredients you’ll need are lobster tails, salt, pepper, lime juice, and butter. Step one is to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Get a small baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Cut the tail from the base straight down through the shell and pry it open, exposing the meat. Season tails with salt and pepper, then add a slice of butter to each tail. Cook in the oven for about 14-15 minutes or until the meat is just firm. For the lime sauce melt some butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then juice a whole lime and mix it with the melted butter using a fork.
If you’ve cooked them right the lobster tails will pull right out of the shell in one beautiful piece. Try this recipe out for yourself at home and let us know how it turns out.
