1.) Cook rice
2.) Dice half an onion, some garlic, some ginger, and a bit of lemongrass
3.) Sauté onions and lemon grass in a pot with a bit of oil
4.) Once onions and lemon grass are cooked at garlic and ginger
5.) Add two cans of coconut milk and some green curry paste
6.) Bring to a low boil to thicken milk and add a bit of fresh lime juice
7.) Lower heat to simmer and set walleye fillets on top of milk
8.) Cook for about two to three minutes depending on thickness of fillets
9.) Serve over a bed of rice with a bit of diced cilantro on top
