Today there is a plethora of plastic worms available to bass anglers, but there is one that stands above the rest. The Zoom Z-Craw Worm is arguably the hottest plastic worm today as described by Randy Blaukat below.
This worm is 8 inches long with straight body design and a Z-craw tail. It’s great for both shallow targets and darker covers.
Try pinching or cutting off the work at or below the egg sack to make it a six or five inch worm. This has proven effective for Blaukat as it makes a great presentation that bass will hammer. If you don’t have one of these in for arsenal yet, now might be the time to go and get one.
