NPFL Shatters Viewership Records with Santee Cooper Event

The National Professional Fishing League (NPFL) has set new benchmarks in online viewership with the Strike King NPFL Stop 1 at Santee Cooper Lakes. Hosted by Clarendon County Tourism from March 7-9, the event broke every audience record in NPFL history, signaling significant growth for the league.

Record-Breaking Growth

The NPFL’s efforts to expand its reach and improve fan engagement paid off in a big way. By creating its own production company, FullCom Media, the league streamlined its broadcasting process and made coverage more accessible through its website and YouTube channel. The move resulted in substantial increases across all viewing metrics.

  • Website page views soared nearly 1,800% compared to last season.
  • User engagement climbed by more than 1,600%.
  • Advertising impressions surged 1,835%.
  • New web visitors increased by an impressive 1,041%.

Social media platforms also experienced significant growth, with Facebook alone seeing a 1,000% rise in both views and page likes.

A Win for Fans and Sponsors

NPFL President Brad Fuller expressed optimism about the league’s direction, acknowledging the positive reception from fans and stakeholders alike. Fuller emphasized that the league’s growth translates to greater value for sponsors and advertisers.

“The improvement in our numbers means a lot to us,” Fuller said. “But it means even more to our sponsors and advertisers. We’re delivering a greater return on investment than ever before, and that will continue. We’re determined to be the best value in the sport.”

Looking Ahead

With momentum from the record-breaking event, the NPFL is committed to further refining its live broadcast experience. The league aims to maximize sponsor value and provide fans with an even better viewing experience in upcoming tournaments.

“Moving forward, we’re focused on refining our live broadcast execution and maximizing sponsor value,” Fuller added. “It’s an exciting time for the league and we’re encouraged by the progress, but there’s a long road ahead and we’re not taking our foot off the gas!”

Fans can follow the latest updates, track the 2025 season’s competitors, and stay informed on tournament results through the league’s official website and YouTube channel.
