Angler Sets Idaho State Record for Cutthroat Trout

Madison Nackos of Spokane, WA was fishing Priest Lake recently when she set a new catch-and-release state record in Idaho for Cutthroat Trout. The fish she landed measured 24″ which beat the previous record set last year of 21″.

The Westslope cutthroat traout are native to Idaho and are typically found in many of the Gem State’s norther streams and lakes.
