There are many fish fry recipes out there and it can seem daunting when selecting one. Before you fall down a rabbit hole of ingredients try this simple yet delicious recipe for your next fish fry.

Fish โ 2.25 lbs.
Chilli powder โ 1ยฝ TBSP
Kashmiri chilli powder โ 1 TBSP (optional)
Coriander powder โ 1ยฝ TBSP
Turmeric powder โ ยฝ TSP
Garam masala โ ยฝ TSP
Pepper โ ยฝ TSP
Fennel powder โ ยฝ TSP
Ginger garlic paste โ 2 TSP
Curry leaves
Lemon โ Half
Corn flour โ 2 TBSP
Rice flour โ 1 TBSP
Salt
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl then add 1 TBSP of oil and 1 TBSP of water. Continue to mix until well blended. Generously apply to fish and let sit for 2 hours. Cook in oiled pan until golden brown on all sides. Try this recipe out at your home and let us know how it turned out.
