Best Masala Fish Fry Recipe

There are many fish fry recipes out there and it can seem daunting when selecting one. Before you fall down a rabbit hole of ingredients try this simple yet delicious recipe for your next fish fry.

In case you missed anything, here is the complete recipe:
Fish – 2.25 lbs.
Chilli powder – 1½ TBSP
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 TBSP (optional)
Coriander powder – 1½ TBSP
Turmeric powder – ½ TSP
Garam masala – ½ TSP
Pepper – ½ TSP
Fennel powder – ½ TSP
Ginger garlic paste – 2 TSP
Curry leaves
Lemon – Half
Corn flour – 2 TBSP
Rice flour – 1 TBSP
Salt

Mix the above ingredients in a bowl then add 1 TBSP of oil and 1 TBSP of water. Continue to mix until well blended. Generously apply to fish and let sit for 2 hours. Cook in oiled pan until golden brown on all sides. Try this recipe out at your home and let us know how it turned out.
