Ice Fishing in the Unita Mountains is Good Right Now

They say the early bird gets the worm, but it’s the crazy anglers that get the first fish during ice fishing season. While chancing falling into the ice, the two anglers below head out to do some ice fishing in Utah’s Unita Mountains.

As you just saw taking a risk can pay off with big rewards, if you know what you’re doing of course. These anglers knew the ice was just thick enough to fish on, and since they were likely some of the first to get out there they had a great day on the ice.

Did you see how beautiful those fish were? The rainbow and tiger trout were gorgeous and looked like fun to catch as well. Now that you’ve seen what awaits in the ice covered lakes, organize a trip for yourself and rip some lip.
