Veteran Starts Fishing Company to Help Wounded Warriors

During the pandemic one veteran made it his mission to give back and started a fishing company that gives back to wounded warriors. In September 2020, John Lopiccolo started Kane Fishing which shares its profits with veterans on a local and national level.

Lopiccolo recently told reporters, “I’m a wounded veteran and I wanted to give back to wounded veterans who needed more than I do. A lot of times, wounded veterans deal with physical injuries, but mental injuries also.”

Profits from the products sold help Operation Tackle Box out of Georgia among many other organizations. Lopiccolo also makes time to take veterans out on angling trips to cope with PSTD and other mental struggles. Find out what you can do to help in your neck of the woods and visit Kane Fishing Gear.
