As you just saw there are many angler stereotypes out there, below are a few discussed in the video.

Streamer Junkies, they don’t know how to get a good drift with dry flies or nymphs.
Euro Nymphor, a meticulous angler who is always in a competition with themselves and others.
Big Fish Guys, they talk about all the huge fish they’ve landed and usually only use nymphs or streamers.
Dry Fly Guy, a purist who sees fly fishing as more than a hobby to them it’s a noble pursuit.
Permit Guy, they won’t let you look at their fly box and just want to get into the fish’s mind when angling
Fly Tying Guy, anglers who rarely fish and mostly want to sell their patters to others.
Real Deal Guy, the angler who has no social media presence and simply slays fish.
