Since fall is in full swing many find themselves craving a delicious soup to warm their bones. Here is an amazingly simple yet tasty recipe for fish chowder that is sure to delight.

1.) In a large pan add 2 lbs. of white fish
2.) Add 2 cups of water and simmer for 15 min
3.) Remove fish and set aside
4.) Reserve the water
5.) In the same pan add 2 TBSP of butter and melt
6.) Add 2 oz. of uncooked chopped bacon
7.) Add 2 small sliced onions
8.) Cook until onions start to become translucent
9.) Add 4 small diced potatoes
10.) Add 2 sticks of chopped celery
11.) Add salt and pepper to taste
12.) Add one Bay Leaf
13.) Pour in the reserved water
14.) Add 1 quart of milk
15.) Add fish
16.) Simmer for 30 min
Keep in mind any kind of white fish can be used for this dish, and the flakier it is the better.
