1.) Add 2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 TBSP of butter to a frying pan
2.) Cook on medium heat until butter is melted
3.) Salt halibut and cook for 2.5 minutes
4.) Add pepper and flit it over
5.) Add three slices of lemon to the pan and cook for 2.5 minutes
6.) Transfer fish to a plat and save the lemon slices for garnish
7.) Empty pan contents into a small bowl, letting the burned bits settle to the bottom
8.) Pour brown butter back into the pan
9.) Combine with 2 chopped garlic cloves and fry for 30 seconds
10.) Add 1/4 cup of wine to deglaze
11.) Add 2 TBSP of lemon juice, 3 TBSP of chopped parsley, 2 TBSP of capers, 1 TBSP of butter, and fry until butter is melted
12.) Place halibut back in pan and baste with sauce
13.) Garnish with lemon and enjoy
